Read lobbyist report in newsletter.

March meeting: 40 members, and guests present at Independence VFW.

Discussed this years Rally site, T-shirt design, vendors, bands, and bunch of other stuff.....
NOBODY allowed into rally before noon May 7th !!
Bill Cooper has sign-up sheet for gate duty.

Next meeting: April 11th (2nd Sunday) ~ Rally Site, Crawford County Fairgrounds ~ Girard ~ Hwy 47, East of town.
