Read lobbyist report in newsletter.

January meeting: 15 members, and 2 guests present.

Discussed next years Rally site, T-shirt design and vendors, and bunch of other stuff.....
District 3 T-shirts are available, long and short sleeve, black or grey.
Shotgun drawing will be at the February meeting in Fredonia
